Volunteering with Purpose
At UM Design Group, we believe in the power of giving back to our community. One of the ways we actively engaged in community-building in 2024 is through our participation in events like Habitat for Humanity DuPage's Women's Build. In this event, our team joined hands with others to help construct safe, affordable homes for families in need. It was an inspiring day of teamwork, sweat, and smiles as we worked together to support those who would soon call these homes their own. The experience not only benefited the families but also left a lasting impression on everyone involved, demonstrating that the act of volunteering has a ripple effect that spreads across the community, enriching both the giver and the recipient.
What’s New for 2025
The South Suburban Joy Emporium is another example of how we will use our design, marketing, and creative talents to give back this year. By utilizing our design expertise and providing marketing support, our team will help enhance their space and amplify their mission and engage others in their cause. Our efforts help drive awareness, encourage donations, and create an inviting space where the community of the south suburbs of Chicago can have a safe space to thrive.
